This dashboard allows browsing of RNA-seq data from anterior pituitary corticotrophs in male and female mice.

Data

The data was generated from three independent replicates of corticotrophs sorted from pituitaries of male or females POMC-GFP mice (3 pituitaries were pulled for each sample)

How to use this dashboard

Use the menu on the left to navigate to the different sections.
Some of the plots can be customized by clicking on the option menu on the left. You can download the plots using the camera icon on the top right of the plot.
