This dashboard allows browsing of RNA-seq data from anterior pituitary corticotrophs in control and chronically stressed male mice.

It complements the paper: Long-term, Dynamic Remodelling of the Corticotroph Transcriptome and Excitability After a Period of Chronic Stress

Data

The data was generated from corticotrophs sorted from POMC-GFP mice (3 pituitaries pulled for each sample). Experimental groups included control animals; mice subjected to chronic restraint stress; mice subjected to stress and then let recover for 4 or 12 weeks.
